About the SSG عربي
The Syrian Support Group is the only organization licensed by the U.S. government to provide financial and non-lethal support to the Free Syrian Army.
Begun by a group of Syrian expatriates, the SSG works alongside the Supreme Military Council, as well as carefully vetted Free Syrian Army units. In this way, we ensure that support is directed only towards those forces that support a free, democratic, and multiethnic Syria in the post-Assad era, as described by our Proclamation of Principles.
The SSG is based in Washington, DC, and maintains offices in London, Paris, and eastern Turkey. Our operations, our support for the Opposition, and our projects are maintained by your donations.
